On a bikepacking trip in Iceland, Elias was inspired and developed his first ideas.

In Munich & Berlin the team creates the first design concepts.

In small steps we transform sketches into real shoes: the idea slowly takes shape.

We design the insole system. Brilliant: No more pain when changing shoes!

After months of hard work, the first prototype is ready: “Kjavik One” has become a reality.

The shoe proves itself on the first trips, hikes and runs. Performance testing is taking place in parallel.

Our first shoes are manufactured. We are particularly proud of the high recycling rate that we are able to achieve despite the low number of units.
